Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (South Africa): 3–5 business days after shipment

Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (including processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Every order is delivered with complimentary shipping, as part of our service.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at mostdesiredessentials@gmail.com

Possible Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs or logistical issues

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We may not be able to modify the order once it has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Most Desired Essentials is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Most Desired Essentials.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must include original tags and packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at mostdesiredessentials@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
